Every Students’ Right to have a professionally managed School Library

A refreshing discussion on libraries, teaching and ideas. Time and again such deliberations prove that one of the prime reasons for the huge intellectual loss occured to students in terms of low academic achievement and incompetency in facing future competitions in the state of Kerala is the abasence of professionally managed school libraries. We must honour the right of each learner to have a Library in the school. Recruiting qualified librarians in all schools of the state is not only the need of the hour but also essential to sustain the much acclaimed Kerala Model in Education.
